Every unit across BharatOne Spaces is a self-contained private cabin with individual lock-and-key access, directly managed by the owner with zero middlemen.
Today, BharatOne Spaces operates two locations — Deccan Tower at Pulgate Chowk, Camp Pune and Box Office Jasai near NMIA & JNPT, Navi Mumbai — serving startups, CAs, lawyers, logistics firms, and regional branch offices across Maharashtra.
The BharatOne Story
BharatOne Spaces started with a problem Karunesh saw firsthand: growing businesses in Maharashtra were stuck choosing between overpriced franchise co-working chains and poorly maintained commercial buildings with exploitative brokerage structures. The middle ground — a private, lockable office at a fair price from a direct owner — simply didn't exist.
In 2024, Karunesh launched the first BharatOne location at Box Office Jasai, strategically positioned near the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) and JNPT port — serving the logistics, EXIM, and aviation supply chain professionals who need proximity to India's largest cargo corridor.
The second location followed at Deccan Tower, Pulgate Chowk, Camp Pune — one of the city's oldest and most respected commercial addresses. This location serves chartered accountants, legal practitioners, consultants, and companies establishing their first Pune branch office.
Both locations operate on the same principles: zero brokerage, direct owner dealing, lock-and-key private cabins, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
